Bouncing Orange = No templates ? {+}
What do we mean by "no templates"?
As is so common within our industry, the use of "off the shelf" pre-existing, pre-developed, pre-designed systems that are very easily and quickly tweaked to any particular request. What this entails is to change some colour schemes, bang in a logo, dump the content in the relevant sections and Bob’s your uncle. They are then on sold for exorbitant prices with usually some form of long term contract attached to it. And nine out of ten times you don’t actually own the Content Management System that comes with the system, regardless of what fees have been paid.
These type of sites clearly lack individuality, creativity or any serious message about your brand.
At Bouncing Orange we have said NO to these practices, we custom design and custom build every single web site, whether it be for a small business or a large corporation. Your individuality, brand and marketing message are our main priority. AND, you own the system with no ongoing contracts (only the small yearly web hosting fees)
Even-though the bulk of this technology is driven by structural templates, we create these from scratch for each single project, implementing your unique web design (if Bouncing Orange designs it, naturally) into the Content Management System.
We obviously do charge for our services, but we are quite flexible and we can work within most budgets. If you would like to get more information on how this all works because you are just not getting any straight answers or are being bombarded with all this technical jargon, please, pop into the bouncing Orange office and we would be more then willing to explain it in more detail over a nice cup of coffee (on us).
Hope to talk to you soon...

Ride Aid {+}

Bouncing Orange has donated the Ride Aid web site 3 years ago, as we believed and still do, that this is a worth while cause. The new Ride Aid web site is scheduled to be released October/November 2008, the new site will be completely redesigned and will also be driven by a Content Management System.
The main force behind Ride Aid is our very good friend Frank Surgener. Frank has taken it upon himself to make the lives better for street kids in Cambodia. he does this by riding his motor bike through Australia and Asia promoting Ride Aid and to have people donate to this very necessary and worthwhile cause.
So far Ride Aid has build a number of schools and shelter centers for Cambodian street kids, and saved the lives of a number of individuals.
Frank has also managed to get a number of celebrities on board Guy Leach being one of them. Guy has very kindly donated all of the winnings ($100,000.00) he received from Survivor.
We have vowed to Frank that Bouncing Orange will help and support him as much as we can by looking after everything from web site to his e-news letter distribution.
Later on this year Bouncing Orange will start another venture whereby a percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Ride Aid.
Please have a look at their current site to see what Ride Aid is about and if you can help, please do.

Perth City to Surf 2007 {+}

The Bouncing Orange pips at the Perth City to Surf 2007...
Our brave pips did the yearly Perth City to Surf run and actually finished it!!! They were very close to the front of the pack (not really... 7000th position), but they did really well, at least that’s what we think.
It was a fun filled day and we all look forward to competing again next year, maybe we can aim for a 6000th position!
